While we all like a good snuggle, we are huge believers in safe sleep! It's important to understand what a safe sleep situation looks like for your child and we recommend that you speak to your child's pediatrician to learn more about safe sleep practices. For that reason, it's key to remember that if your baby is under a year old, you should avoid putting any item in the crib that may be a SIDS risk.

Due to length of fur, we do not recommend our ultra-plush fabric products for babies in the teething stages. Please supervise your child during play.

SHIPPING TIMES: While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, Please allow 7-21 days for Domestic delivery and 4-5 weeks for International. Priority shipping is 2-5 days and includes insurance up to $50. *Please allow extra time during busy holiday seasons*

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: International buyers are responsible for ANY AND ALL Custom Charges, Taxes and additional Postal Fees. I am responsible for making sure your items arrive at the post office safely. Once they leave my hands I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

-Due to the nature of our handmade items, All sales are final.
-We do not issue refunds for any reason.
-If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged I will be happy to make it right.
-All custom orders are final, no returns will be accepted.

PROCESSING TIME:
-Standard processing time is currently 1-5 weeks depending on the item.
-Items always have ship time listed on the product page.
